Some prominent johns of New York's priciest escort should be shaking in their wingtips after an artist vowed yesterday to put a painting of the sex-kitten and her "clients" on an Internet auction block.

Artist Hulbert Waldroup said he's selling the painting and others to raise money for Natalie McLennan's defense fund and for a battered women's shelter.

But the pop painter's decision to also expose some of the faces in McLennan's little black book is causing conundrums from Wall Street to the NFL.

McLennan, a leggy auburn-haired beauty known in the underworld sex trade as "Natalia," has publicly bragged her clients ranged from a hedge-fund heavy and a software king to a professional quarterback.

Waldroup said he'll auction off the six paintings on eBay starting this morning, with the works of McLennan in the nude fetching first bids. He refused to show the painting of the johns, explaining that he's waiting until midnight Monday to unveil the piece on the eBay auction site.

He also plans to auction another painting that includes several prominent attorneys he claims offered legal advice to NY Confidential founder Jason Itzler. The heads of the lawyers are painted on the bodies of animals.

McLennan didn't comment on Waldroup's paintings. But the one-time Canadian tap-dance champ did say her life has dramatically changed from the "fairy tale times on Worth St."
